Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Mobile Patrol in Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas, observing for irregularities and reporting any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and managing visitor entry as required by site protocols.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Collaborate with facility staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related issues and support emergency response efforts.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Training in the use of handcuffs, pepper spray, or baton is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
