Job Description As a Security Officer – Hospital Patrol Team Lead in Natrona Heights, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes supporting hospital staff and visitors, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Vaccinations are required for work in hospital environments.
Assignment may require work in hospital morgue areas.
Assignment may require restraining individuals in a hospital environment.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
