As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while you provide excellent customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to safely restrain individuals as required in a hospital setting.
Must meet hospital client requirements for vaccinations, including proof of vaccination status where applicable.
Must be able to work in environments such as hospital morgues as required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within the healthcare facility.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the situation and as outlined in site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during patrols and while on post.
Communicate professionally and promptly with staff, visitors, and emergency responders to support a secure environment.
