As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors while delivering a welcoming presence and strong customer service. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting additional support as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity for security-related concerns, reporting suspicious behavior and assisting with direction and wayfinding.
Document and report incidents, patrol findings, and policy violations, and communicate key information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
