As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with clear communication and service-focused professionalism, reporting concerns and documenting activity as needed. Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Have 6+ months of security experience.
Client requires proof of a high school diploma/GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, hospital policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, unauthorized access concerns, and medical facility alarms and/or calls for assistance.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of hospital buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with wayfinding, and report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate hospital department.
Complete written and/or electronic reports, document incidents, and communicate with hospital staff and Allied Universal management as required.
