As a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping manage access, verify credentials, answer questions, and guide visitors and staff with professionalism and care. You will monitor reception activity, document security-related concerns, coordinate with clinical teams, and maintain a visible, service-focused presence to help to deter unwanted activity. Requirements

• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to work in and/or around a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Greet and screen visitors, patients, vendors, and staff in accordance with site access guidelines, including verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, and available systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or access control to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate key information during shift transitions.
