As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service while assisting with various security-related needs. Requirements

Applicants must comply with all hospital vaccine requirements.
Applicants must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting Allied Universal's commitment to client service.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual circumstances.
Document and report security-related incidents and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as needed to address incidents and/or emergencies at the location.
