As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to residents. You will remain visible throughout your assigned area, conduct routine patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate during emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disturbances.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any interactions as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist residents and authorized visitors with inquiries and directions, promoting a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with site management and local authorities as needed during incidents and/or emergencies.
