As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, and patients. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access to the facility by checking identification and/or visitor credentials, supporting the control of entry and exit points.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or emergencies to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including supporting evacuation procedures and/or guiding first responders as needed.
Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.
Communicate clearly and courteously with all individuals entering the location, providing directions and/or information as appropriate.
