Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Requirements

Proof of vaccination is required for this hospital site.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required.
Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure environment.
