About The Position

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Rounds Specialist in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Proof of vaccination is required for this hospital site.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order in the healthcare environment.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
Assist visitors, patients, and staff by providing information and directions as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and first responders during emergency situations to support a coordinated response.
