As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment for all. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, where you will play a key role in upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any unusual activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, staff, and/or patients with directions and information as needed, maintaining a professional presence.
Document security-related incidents and/or observations according to site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed during incidents and/or emergency response situations.
