As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of patients, visitors, and staff.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.
Collaborate with healthcare personnel and local authorities as needed during incidents, emergencies, or drills.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal protocols and client site procedures.
