Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Front Desk in Las Cruces, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, assisting guests, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the healthcare location, verifying identification and credentials as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities observed at the front desk area.
Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and clients to provide information and directions as needed.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through professional presence and adherence to site procedures.
