Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and the site policies.
- Maintain logs and/or records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences as required by the site.
- Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and emergency personnel, providing information and assistance as needed.
