As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. Requirements

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Hospital requires proof of vaccines.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and assist staff, patients, and visitors as required.
Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities during emergencies and/or incidents to support a secure environment.
Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of facility rules and regulations as directed by site-specific guidelines.
