About The Position

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Facility Patrol Driver in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to situations as they arise. This is a driving post. You will remain visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment for all. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Hospital site requires proof of vaccination.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with staff and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment within the healthcare setting.
Assist in managing access control and visitor management procedures as required by the site.
Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.
