As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Maintain awareness of surroundings to help to deter potential security-related concerns and report observations as needed.
Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining a professional presence.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
