Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Entry Desk in Morristown, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will monitor entry points, check credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents through attentive presence and strong communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk of the healthcare location, providing excellent customer service while following site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and controlling entry to authorized individuals.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitors, deliveries, and incidents as required by the site procedures.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activities observed at the front desk.
Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the healthcare environment.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through professional presence and adherence to procedures.
