As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist staff, visitors, and/or patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the healthcare location.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal.
