As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while offering outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to staff and visitors, and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
Observe and report any security-related concerns or incidents to appropriate personnel or authorities.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support security-related needs specific to the location.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the facility.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
