Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, work through teamwork, and act with integrity while putting people first.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties appropriate to a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while verifying credentials, directing foot traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders and client site policies.
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
