As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a prominent government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary, following site-specific procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
Adhere to all Allied Universal and client policies, procedures, and standards while performing duties at the location.
