Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues during patrols.
Assist visitors, staff, and/or authorized personnel with access and directions as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
Collaborate with local authorities and Allied Universal management as required for incident escalation.
