Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and directing authorized persons to appropriate areas.
- Monitor entry points, cameras, and/or alarm panels as assigned, and report suspicious activity that may help to deter unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing required notifications and documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
