Job Description As a Security Officer - Full-Time Patrol Rover in ORLANDO, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff and visitors, report concerns, and support access points while providing strong customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns per site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas and perimeter routes, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting irregularities and completing required logs, reports and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and vendors, providing directions and/or assistance while supporting a respectful, service-focused environment.
