As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at a leading retail distribution center, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and assisting with access control. Your role will involve monitoring entry and exit points, managing badge procedures, and responding to security-related incidents. Requirements

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, and employees at the front desk of the location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials according to site-specific policies.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow emergency response protocols as instructed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports related to front desk operations and/or security-related events.
Communicate professionally with management, staff, and visitors to address inquiries and report observations.
Support Allied Universal by upholding site-specific security-related policies and procedures at the front desk.
