As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone entering the premises. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you assist visitors, manage access, and respond to inquiries. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management in accordance with established protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities as needed.
Communicate professionally with building tenants, vendors, and/or contractors, providing information or assistance as required.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
Support building operations by assisting with package and mail deliveries, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining logs as required by site procedures.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the premises.
