Your role involves monitoring access, assisting visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible and professional presence at the front desk.
