As a Security Officer - Front Desk CRE Full-Time in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and managing security-related systems. Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and logging visitors as required.
  • Assist with communications and emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
  • Support security-related operations by observing and reporting irregularities or suspicious activity at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with building management and/or Allied Universal supervisors to address site-specific needs and requests.
