As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service. You will monitor access, handle security-related inquiries, and help to deter incidents through your visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing customer service and assistance in accordance with site-specific policies for a commercial real estate location.
Monitor access to the building, verifying credentials and logging visitor information to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management regarding security-related matters.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining a composed presence at the front desk.
Document and report security-related incidents or concerns to Allied Universal management and/or property management as required.
