As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Concierge in Camden, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role will include monitoring entry points, managing access, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. This position offers an engaging environment where you can help to deter incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the residential front desk location.
Monitor access to the premises, verify identification, and authorize entry for residents, visitors, and vendors as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Assist residents and visitors by answering questions, providing directions, and offering general assistance as needed.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate and communicate with management and/or emergency services when required.
