As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge CRE in Branchburg, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring access. This position requires a valid driver's license as part of the driving requirements. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk, adhering to site-specific security-related procedures and protocols. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities. Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and client representatives. Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals entering or exiting the location, providing directions and answering questions as needed. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities. Follow all company and client policies regarding confidentiality, privacy, and the handling of sensitive information. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
