As a Front Desk Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, supporting access control, visitor check-in, badge handling, and phone and/or lobby assistance. You will monitor activity from the reception area, document incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Greet and screen visitors, verify identification, issue temporary access credentials, and coordinate visitor check-in and check-out per site policy.
Monitor lobby activity, phones, and incoming requests; route calls and/or inquiries to the appropriate contacts while maintaining a professional presence.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying the appropriate parties.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or visitor management tools from the reception area, and report unusual activity according to post orders.
