Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Monitor visitor access, confirm credentials, issue badges or visitor passes, and maintain accurate front desk logs for guests, vendors, and/or employees.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support a professional front desk presence within a fast-paced technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Observe lobby activity and access points, report unusual or suspicious behavior, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk monitoring.
