As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at the location, providing exceptional customer service and supporting security-related operations. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials of individuals entering the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of front desk activity, including visitor logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with visitors, employees, and/or vendors, providing information and assistance as required.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff in helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access at the front desk area.
