About The Position

Join SMSSI of California, Inc., a well-established company with over 40 years in the security industry. We are looking for Unarmed Security Officers for high-end, luxury boutiques in Beverly Hills, CA, and surrounding areas. Our commitment to providing the highest level of service is reflected in our people, from the first level security officer to the CEO. We are expanding our job awards and require additional experienced security officers for several full-time positions, especially with the upcoming Holiday Season. Pay wages vary from $21 to $23 based on experience and location, with great opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Possess valid CA Guard Card
• Must be able to work daytime to late afternoon/early evening hours and weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• Effective oral and written communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
• One year of luxury, high-end retail security experience

Responsibilities

• Observe, report and protect all areas of the sites
• Report unusual incidents to management
• Maintain a physical security presence while interacting with customers to ensure a safe and pleasant experience
• Utilize a sense of urgency to respond to all emergency situations and monitor daily activity on site to ensure policies and procedures are maintained
