About The Position

The Security Officer will be responsible for foot patrol of a large, downtown building, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The officer will be inside a closed building, checking for pipe bursts, fire hazards, suspicious activity, and other security concerns. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals, and many others.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols of the building.
• Monitor for fire hazards and pipe bursts.
• Check for suspicious activity.
• Protect the property against vandalism and illegal entry.
