As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service. You will support daily operations with clear communication, agility, reliability, and integrity while working with a team that puts people first and brings an innovative approach to every shift. Position Type: Part Time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, following site protocols for credentials, visitor processing, and/or restricted area access.
Support loss prevention and operational goals by observing loading and unloading areas, noting irregular activity, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
