Job Description As a Foot Patrol Security Officer in Mangonia Park, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to calls, support staff and visitors with clear communication and customer service, and document activities accurately. Requirements

This position is in a hospital setting with vaccines.
This position is in a hospital morgue.
The client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be able to restrain individuals.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of patient care areas, public spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy issues.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with clinical leadership, and/or contacting local emergency services as directed.
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or radios, and help manage visitor flow and restricted-area access in accordance with site policies.
Complete reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
