We're Hiring for Security Professionals. The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detects and reports suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience for driving positions.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Must be available to work any time and day.
• Have intermediate computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in security roles.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

• Cover special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts.

• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
