Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Access Control.
• Able to stand all day.
• Reliable and willing to go above and beyond.
• Has own transportation.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Customer Service skills.
• Problem Solver.

• Able to stand or walk for a long period of time.

• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect.
• Acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
• Detects and reports suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts.
• May be required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts.
