As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and support access control. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while supporting emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the logistics and distribution environment as required by site protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of routine reporting responsibilities.
