As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or provide assistance as needed.
Remain alert to unusual activities or conditions and report them promptly to the appropriate parties.
