As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, remain visible to help to deter incidents, and document security-related activity. You will support customers and staff with clear communication, respond to concerns, and help maintain orderly operations. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, vestibules, ATM areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting concerns per post orders.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior, and direct individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite management and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete routine reports such as patrol logs and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
