As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and deliver professional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor cameras, intrusion/fire panels, and other site systems as assigned, documenting observations and promptly reporting concerns through the established chain of command.
• Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and relevant information.
