Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and communicate clearly with team members. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing strong communication skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, documenting findings as required.
Collaborate with site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors to help to maintain a secure environment.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as needed by the location.
