As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol production and warehouse areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related concerns, and support access control for employees, vendors, and visitors. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer service with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and reports.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and the perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and assist with truck and delivery traffic flow as directed by site procedures.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal management.
