As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial services location, you will conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to reports with calm, clear communication. This is a driving post, supporting coverage across assigned areas while delivering helpful customer service to staff and visitors. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, public areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, documenting and/or reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site staff and/or public responders when required.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate updates to supervisors and site contacts as appropriate.
