As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal protocols.
